Brooke Henneman LCSW, Clinical Engagement Coordinator

Brooke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s Degree in Social work from Aurora University and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Advocacy Studies from Winona State University. She has gained experience and provided care in numerous clinical settings including a partial hospitalization program, therapeutic day school, 24/7 crisis line and residential treatment center. Through her work in these various environments, Brooke brings experience in assisting clients struggling with a myriad of issues such as depression, anger management, anxiety, grief and loss, substance abuse and addictions, and crisis intervention, as well as relationship, education, and family issues through individual, group, and family counseling. As the Clinical Engagement Coordinator, Brooke is responsible for connecting with community partners, guaranteeing client satisfaction and experience, and fostering areas of growth within the practice.

Brooke believes that successful therapy stems from a positive therapeutic alliance. She facilitates growth in her clients by helping them better identify and understand core challenges so that they can overcome them with confidence. Through the use of evidence-based interventions, she seeks to assist her clients by building on their inner strengths and helping them break free from negative thought and behavior patterns that inhibit a healthy lifestyle. Brooke passionately provides a trusting, empathetic, compassionate therapeutic environment through her supportive, strength-based approach.
