Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago. She has extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy with children and adolescents presenting with a wide range of behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. Her clinical experience has included working in a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, therapeutic day schools, a juvenile detention center, and a substance abuse treatment facility.
Jennifer puts a strong emphasis on developing a trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients. Her therapeutic approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Jennifer’s passion is to assist her clients in developing skills to enhance their emotional well-being. She empowers her clients to cultivate their strengths to motivate and create change in their lives. Jennifer utilizes a solution focused approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as parent education and support.
