She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She assists her clients in learning skills to cope and manage their emotions, navigate transitions, and manage feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed. Bri specializes in working with families with members who have intellectual disabilities, as well as, with clients struggling with disordered eating.

We all face various obstacles in our lives, and Bri utilizes DBT, CBT, play therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed modalities to explore how each person processes the events they go through.

Bri is a motivated therapist who meets her clients where they are, and encourages them to look deeper into their feelings, to assist them in discovering themselves, and to listen to their mind, body, and spirit. Her passion is to help others discover their strengths, and focus on the positive moments around them, to encourage personal growth.
