Olivia earned her BA in Psychology and Sociology from North Central College and her MA in Counseling with a concentration in Health Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Olivia has extensive experience and training in behavioral health facilities, schools, private practice, and nonprofit agencies, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to providing quality, evidence-based care across diverse settings. Olivia works with children, adolescents, and young adults who have ADHD, anxiety, and difficulties with emotion regulation. Olivia utilizes CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered approaches with her clients. When working with clients, she aspires to incorporate a holistic approach in order to provide the most beneficial treatment.
Olivia believes helping clients identify their own personal strengths and goals for areas needing improvement to promote feelings of empowerment and control. Olivia finds that creating a supportive and validating environment is essential to treatment and the therapeutic relationship. Clients and colleagues describe her as compassionate, kind, and willing to go above and beyond in service for her clients.
