Melissa Thompson graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2002. Melissa has a vast array of experience working with children and teens in both the public and non-profit sectors. Over the past four years she has worked with numerous mental health professionals as a virtual assistant, specializing in billing, which has allowed her to turn her heart for helping others and her sharp business skills into the practical and purpose driven life she has always desired. Melissa plays a vital role at The Center, partnering with team members to provide personalized service and support clients with insurance and billing related tasks, as well as provide support for staff managing our EMR systems and files.
